　　英語故事：貪心的狗狗

　　A GREedy dog went into a butcher’s shop and stole a big juicy bone. He ran away so fast that the butcher could not catch him. He ran out into the fields with his bone. He was going to eat it all by himself.

　　一只貪心的狗跑到一家豬肉店偷了一根很大又有髓的骨頭.他跑很快,所以那個賣豬肉的人追不到他.他咬著他的大骨頭跑到空曠的地方,準(zhǔn)備要好好地吃個痛快.

　　the dog came to a stream. There was a narrow bridge across it. The dog walked on to the bridge, and looked into the water. He could see another dog with a big bone in his mouth.

　　這只狗來到一條溪流.有一座窄窄的橋跨在上面.這只狗走到橋上,望水里面看.他看見另一只狗嘴里咬著一跟大骨頭.

　　the GREedy dog thought the bone in the water looked much bigger than the one he had stolen from the butcher.

　　這只貪心的狗認(rèn)為在水里面的那根骨頭看起來比他跟賣肉的偷來的這根骨頭大多了.

　　the GREedy dog dropped the bone from his mouth. It fell into the water and was lost. He jumped into the water to snatch the bigger bone from the other dog.

　　這只貪心的狗從嘴理丟了那根骨頭.它掉到水里而且不見了.他跳進(jìn)去水里面想從另一只狗那兒抓那跟更大的骨頭.

　　the GREedy dog jumped into the water with a big splash. He looked everywhere but he could not see the other dog. His shadow had gone.

　　貪心的狗跳進(jìn)水里濺起好多水花.他到處看,可是都找不到其他的狗.他的倒影不見了.

　　the silly dog went home hungry. He lost his bone and got nothing because he had been too GREedy.

　　這只笨狗餓著肚子回家.因為太貪心,他弄丟了他的骨頭而且一點東西也沒拿到.

　　英語故事：還是個孩子

　　John is not a “good” student. He always sleeps in the class. Today he sleeps again.

　　“John!” Teacher says angrily.

　　“What? What’s wrong?” John is awaken.

　　“Why do you make a face? It’s classroom. Look! Everyone is laughing.” Teacher says.

　　“No one is laughing.” Teacher says.

　　“No, it’s not me. I was not making a face. I was sleeping.” John fells upset.

　　“Um. Not bad. You can admit your fault. You are still a good boy.” Teacher is satisfied with it.

　　約翰并不是個“好”學(xué)生。他總是在上課的時候睡覺。今天他又睡著了。

　　“約翰!”老師生氣地喊他。

　　“什么?出什么事了?”約翰醒了。

　　“你為什么要做鬼臉?這是教室!看看!同學(xué)們都在笑!”老師生氣地說。

　　“沒有人在笑呀。”其他同學(xué)笑聲地嘀咕。

　　“不，不是我。我沒有做鬼臉。剛才我睡著了。”約翰感到不安。

　　“嗯，還不錯。你承認(rèn)自己的錯誤，還是給好孩子”老師為此感到滿意。

　　英語故事：我們是朋友

　　Tommy is turtle. He has no daddy, no mummy and no friends.

　　Tommy 是一只烏龜。他沒有爸爸、媽媽和朋友。He is crying. A bird comes. She says: “I can fly. Let’s fly!”他在哭。一只小鳥過來了。她說：“我會飛，讓我們一起飛吧。”

　　Tommy says: “ no,no, I can’t fly!” Tommy 說：“不，不，我不會飛。”

　　A rabbit comes. He says: “ I can jump. Let’s jump!” 一只兔子過來了。他說：“我會跳。讓我們一起跳吧。” Tommy says: “no, no. I can’t jump!” Tommy說：“不，不。我不會跳。”A monkey comes. He says:“I can climb the tree. Let’s climb the tree!”

　　一只猴子過來了。他說：“我會爬樹。讓我們一起爬樹吧。” Tommy says: “ no, no. I can’t climb the tree!” Tommy說：“不，不。我不會爬樹。”

　　A duck comes. He says: “I can swim. Let’s swim!” 一只鴨子過來了。他說:“我會游泳，讓我們一起游泳吧!” Tommy smiles: “ we are friends!” 鴨子笑了：“我們是朋友!”
